Hi,
I have a flipkart gift voucher worth Rs.1000, i noticed that it about to expire(7thOct2016).
So i planned to use it and tried placing an order on 6thOct2016, it applied successfully but my payment got failed in bank.
After that i tried to re-apply the GV to a new order, got an error "Unknown card
number. Please try other card!". So on the nextday (7thOct2016) i tried to apply the GV again and got the same error.
Now i emailed Flipkart customer service team, stating the issue.
I got informed like the GV is used on 7thOct2016, please contact original buyer to get further detail about the order.
I asked them to share the original buyer, but they wrote like due to security reasons we can provide you the detail of the order.
Now i understand that flipkart is never understand their customer concern and secure their fraudulent customer.
As am also working in a eCommerce website, I can able to see the failed transaction details from my end in logs.
Seems here someone from flipkart end, seen the logs and used my GV on next day.
If they haven't used the GV means, why can't they share the fraudulent customer detail to me.
Am about to file a complaint against flipkart to let them focus on this issue.
Please advice me whether anyother way to proceed on this issue.
