[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart are not returning my money

sir, I ordered the wildcraft spring 18 L small backpack(red) from www.flipkart.com after delivery I cheacked so I get know to that bag was to small so I return the product on 3/04/14 after that I am calling at flipkart to return money via e-gift voucher. everytime they are saying you will recive money in next 24 hrs. from 7-8 days with pin on my mail [protected]@outlook.com but i didnt get any voucher or pin because they are not sending. its my request for refund of my money.
