My Order ID : OD[protected]
I have ordered this Laptop on 3rd October. I got late delivery and received it on 11th October. My product was completely different from what I ordered.
I raised return request on 11th after that my resolution dates was changed everytime. Then the customer service executive asked me yo cancel it as it is stuck in a loop and he raised a fresh request.
After that I was asked to submit Adhaar card and Laptop photos on mail which I did. Then I was asked to share on orders page again I did. Then I was asked to submit it again on outreach mail ID. After all this pain ky request was rejected with no document received.
I had to call again and the Customer care accepted that they have the documents and asked me to accept replacement as Seller is asking for replacement this was on 22 October. After this pathetic service and my documents getting shared I asked for retuna and refund.
I was asked again to share documents. Now on 1st November I am again asked to share my Adhaar and laptop photos. Was this information helpful? |
