Flipkart — FLIPKART - BBD SALE- Order status pending since 3 days

I placed the order on 16th October for a Mi 4x Tv 50 inch 4k during BBD sale. The amount has been deducted from my hdfc credit card but still my order is showing pending. The order id is OD[protected]. There is no response from the customer care team as they aren't able to track my order id, pathetic consumer experience at flipkart. It's been 3 days since i placed the order but no response from Flipkart.

Please confirm the order or refund my money ASAP.
