Flipkart — Flipkart Big Billion Scam

I have ordered poco m3 4/64 variant from flipkart during big billion days. My order was shipped on time. But when it comes to delivery. It was delayed for more than 5 day. They raised an issue but the issues was not at all taken care i was just getting different dates everytime i called the flipkart customer care.

Finally on the fifth day after the expected delivery date a delivery boy came with my product but he was not at all polite. He was not talking properly. He also refused by exchange even though all mandatory check was met as per expectations. Flipkart it self has mentioned that any smart phone in any working condition will be exchanged all three mandatory check are there that is
1. Phone must be in working condition i.e. it must switch on.
2. IMEI no. Should match has mentioned by me during the time of order.
3. Screen lock must be disabled.
4. Model of phone must be same as mentioned by me during the time of exchange.

My phone was having all the above mentioned conditions. It was even successful in the app of delivery agent .But then also the delivery guy refused to take exchange and was forcing us to take the phone without exchange.

After we refuse to do so he said that another delivery boy will be delivering. the order next day.

But on the next day the order got canceled. Flipkart gave me the reason that order was canceled by seller because of some unknown reason. They just canceled the order without my concern. Also it was canceled just after the sale was over so that they can get extra money from reorder.

This means all my effort got in veins.

Now they are asking me to reorder the product if I want it again.

Now there is a difference of 1000 in the price of product. Also now there is no bank offer. This means it will cost me around 2000 more.

So this means they have wasted my 10-15 days and they have my money during this period. They are not providing me any reason of canceling. And they want me to pay 2000 extra an wait again for 10-15 days fro same.

This is such a rediculous act by Flipkart. They just mention that they have an extra exchange offer but of no use. They are just doing scams and frauds with people. They just lower the price of product for showing to world and in the end just will make excuse to not deliveing it.

No support provided by the flipkat customer care they are just waisting time. All executive are just unprofessional.

After this sacm I will never recommend any one to buy from flipkart. Flipkart the worst online platform
