Flipkart — flipkart blocked account and not accepting returns | |||
I am a flipkart plus customer and second year membership about to renew and immediately flipkart blocked my account and not accepting returns of the item which are not good. Sent multiple emails and dms to flipkart but still no update. Item is under 30 days easy return policy but flipkart still not accepting returns and blocked my account unethically. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 23, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We'd like to let you know that our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Also, the seller will not be able to accommodate the return request.
