Flipkart — flipkart blocked my 2 family account without any communication, fraud by flipkart & also cancelled my prepaid order took the money | |
Hi flipkart has blocked my 2 family account without any prior communication or Email. Today i tried to login in my personal account whose registered no is [protected] but i see message account blocked contact customer care to fix it & then i checked my family account whose registered no is [protected]. It is also blocked.in both account i have money in the form of flipkart gift card & my personal account has flipkart plus membership & have also super coins which can be used for shopping at flipkart, buying voucher. This is fraud by flipkart & how they can block my account without any communication or email. They have also not refunded my money in that account. I contacted their customer care they told they cant help me as they cannot see any details they will forward my details to their team & told me to wait till 14th march 2020, 6pm & also they cancelled my prepaid order whose order id - od[protected] & took the money. I am attaching screenshot for proof. My order has been shipped also. I request consumer complaints forum to take strict legal action against flipkart & help me to get my money back. This is fraud done by flipkart. Kindly take legal action against flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |
