Hi Team,
I bought a pair of Red tape shoes 3weeks back and I have tried to return
them because of the quality and size issues with it. But the
seller rejected the product without assigning any delivery executive to
inspect and nobody has come to my place to pick it up. It happened 6 times so far on the same product. And out of those 6 return requests 3 of them got submitted by the flipkart customer support team. Even
then the seller did not accept the product return request and declined with the same reason saying """""" Return Update: Sorry, your return request for RED TAPE Derby For Men cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact. For any additional assistance with your request, please click here: http://fkrt.it/9deMTduuuN""". I have
contacted customer care support a couple of times and requested them to escalate this with the concerned team. But I didn't see any worthwhile
resolution to my concern. Later, all in all my account got blocked and I was asked to submit my ID proof and I submitted My driving license and aadhaar card for the verification. After 3 days, Today I got an email stating it was blocked due to submitting the multiple return requests but unfortunately 50% of them were submitted by the flip kart team and other were done by me as the team told. I have been a valued very regular customer to Flipkart for a couple of years and I have done 'N' number of purchases but the number of return requests were very very less. And this is the treatment we got from flip kart for just trying to return a product. They were licking foots of sellers and not understanding the what the concern that customer has. This was ridiculous behavior and service by flip kart. Now I'm feeling I have done a big mistake by encouraging an Indian made e-commerce company who are not being loyal.

I have not seen any response since 2years about my concern. Flipkart customer care is really being lazy.
