[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart buyback guarantee

I had putchased ASUSZenfone max pro m1 with the buy back guarantee policy(seeing a guranteed payback of 9100₹ for exchange new phone), they just said the new phone must be priced more then the actual phone. No further mentions interms and conditions.
But 180 days later when i want to redeem the policy, the new schemes were shown only 9100₹ is discounted on asus brand, where as for any other brand its 6500₹.
If it was told earlier i would have not invested in this brand, where i was really used this for pathetic way for 180days because of worst bugs. Further the brand is showing monopoly by allowing us to forcefully upgrading to its own brand. I feel cheated and further i cannot use the same brand which provides only bugs but nothing else. Help is required in this regard so that i can go for any other brand of my choice.please create the neutrality in consumer point of view.where they collect 90 ₹ and more for this special policies nd many costumers are getting cheated.

Even many time i complained at ur executives... No action till now.
But ironically, both same brand and other branded phones aee now exchanged with a cost of 6500₹, when asked they give many reasons like...
Pin cide problem, seller problem, simply they explain procedure of buy back gurantee... Bit ultimately no resolution.
