[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart cancel prepaid order and not refunded money in 10 months | |
I ordered Realme C2 from Flipkart.com on date 12 February 2020 and paid rs 5599 with my ICICI Credit Card. After placing order within few minutes Flipkart cancelled order and gave reason "ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO QUANTITY RESTRICTIONS PLACED BY THE SELLER". Flipkart also said that they will refund my amount to same Credit Card within 1-2 days And today it is 24 Dec 2020 but the money is not refunded. I contacted flipkart several times and their poor customer service is saying that "The amount is unclaimed by their seller and it can be refunded from bank". I contacted bank many times but the bank giving only statement that the amount was paid to Flipkart and they've not received refund. I got confirmation of order, confirmation of payment via SMS and Email from Flipkart. Attaching all proofs. Was this information helpful? | |
