[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart cancel prepaid order by himself | |||||
I have placed the order in morning 11th october and in evening i got the sms of cancellation then i called up the customer care he had multiple answers for my single question Who cancelled my order when i didn't do it? Flipkart care : its a bulk order so seller put this order on hold (But my order status says its cancelled) Me :i ordered 5 different product from different sellers how it is bulk order Flipkart care :- no sir you canceled it Me : i didn't do i just got an sms that i requested for cancellation am asking you whats the problem as its a prepaid order, fine register a complaint and give me the reference id Flipkart care : no sir system is down i can register now because of this i couldn't tell you wait for 3 hours This is what flipkart does all the time...
