[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart cancelled my order and not yet refunded my amount | |||
I ordered (Od[protected] asus zenfone max m2 (Black, 32 gb) on 27th of march 2019. Money got deducted from my account immediately but order status was pending payment confirmation. I complained to flipkart on 27th march 2019 and they promised to come back shortly with resolution. They called me next day (28th march 2019) and said they have received the payment successfully but due to technical error they are not able to proceed with the order so they will refund the amount by 2nd apr 2019 6pm ist. On 2nd april 2019, i received a mail that they need one more day to resolve it i. E. 3rd april 2019 6pm. On 3rd april when i called them after 6pm they have come back saying they need time till 8th april 2019 7:30 pm ist and also they have purposely disabled request call back option on this order. They are just postponing the refund and also irritate by calling my bro-in-law (Instead of me) to check whether the amount is credited into my account without initiating it. This is just my 2 purchase in flipkart and already facing issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
