[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart cancelled my order automatically. | |
I have ordered goPro 2018 on big billion days on 14th of October. Today 15th of October it got cancelled automatically. When I enquired with flipkart customer care, they said seller cancelled it, so they can't revert it back. Actually it was paid order not a cash on delivery order. For My friends who ordered along me, it is not cancelled, that too they placed cash on delivery. If this is issue because of stock of product, Why can't they cancel Cash on delivery orders? Why paid orders? As far as I noticed, that product never went on out of stock, throughout the sale. Even now it is in stock. Then what is the reason for the cancellation..??? Even I ordered a gimbel of my goPro, now I even need to return that also.. This is very bad. Hope flipkart will resolve this soon Was this information helpful? | |
