I ordered a Mi Led TV 43 inch (Order id-OD[protected] on 8 October 2023 and promised delivery date was 14 October. Today is 20 October, But it is not still shipped by the seller. Rather I had payed the complete amount in advance through Credit Card.
Several times I have contacted customer care, but haven't got any solution, they just say we can't do anything and keep extending deadline. My First Delevery date 14 October, then the next delevery date 18,
after that 19 October. At 19 October 2023 i call delevery agent, he tell me that he delevery my item 8pm. After 8pm message show that your order is rejected as per your request. Next morning flipkart app show that your Order is cancelled as per your request. But I am not cancel my order. no call or msg receive from the flipkart about this order cancelation.
I request my order reshedule and delevery soon at my address.
This is the first time when I had such a bad experience with flipkart.
