Hello Team I have ordered Vivo Z1 pro mobile using my credit-card two times on August 31st 2019. Both times order getting cancelled. Unfortunately The order was getting cancelled without intimation. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 31 Aug 19 and it should have reflected by now. Also issuing the componsation is not in the seller policy Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
