[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart cancelled my prepaid order without any prior notification, after keeping my money up to eleven days. | |||
Order id - od[protected] On sunday, 14/10/2018, i bought a vivo v9 smart phone from flipkart in big billion day sale, with discounted price i. E. Rs. 11520/ after exchanging my old phone having value of rs. 1900/. I paid the total value in advance. The order was successful, and they gave me an expected delivery date i. E. 23/10/2018. I was in regular touch with the flipkart customer care regarding my product, and they kept me in dark always, providing me wrong information all the time whenever i contacted them. Some times they said that your product is in ranchi, some times they said the product reached to your city. I'm enclosing all the relevant screenshots of chats and mails regarding the product. On 20/10/2018, when i tried to contact flipkart customer care, the flipkart executive messaged me that - the wishmaster will pick the product from the silliguri hub. And deliver it to me by october 23, 2018. Again when i called back to the customer care on 21/10/2018, the executive told me that the product reached in your city and it will be delivered to you in one or two business days, and ended the conversation. After few a minutes again a call came to me automatically from flipkart executive named payal and forcefully told me to cancel my order as they cannot deliver the product to me, without telling any reason. And when i wanted to talk to her senior she put me on hold up to five minutes and disconnected my call. Then i emailed the flipkart regarding delivery of my product on 21/10/2018, but they didn't respond to me. Again i emailed on 23/10/2018, but they didn't respond to me again. And on 24/10/2018 - 1:37 am, my order was cancelled by the flipkart automatically without any prior notification. So, in compulsion i have to come here. As i am very much distressed due to flipkart behaviour. I am very much worried about my order. As i paid the value in advance while pucrchasing. After eleven days of payment they are denying to deliver my product. They cancelled my order and forcing me to make a fresh order, but now the product is listed at the very much higher value i. E. Rs. 18990/ in comparison with my purchase value i. E. Rs. 11520/. It's a big fraud by flipkart. I am in a huge economical loss of rs. 5670/. I am very much mentally harassed and in economical loss due to flipkart's behaviour. I want my money back to me with the addition of correct interest rate, I want my product in the previous price which i bought. And a compensation of rs. 20000/ for the mental and economical harassment due to flipkart. And a strong action to the flipkart company so that in future no customer could face same problem.
