Flipkart — flipkart cancelled order without my knowledge

On 28 December 2017 I ordered a mobile Redmi 5A 16GB. Its offer price was Rs 4999. The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But at 12:03PM the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever.
I requested kindly solve my problem
