[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart cheated my gift card

Flipkart blocked my account on november 8th which consists of rs.8999 worth gift card. I have escalated the issue to the flipkart customer care service and to the concerned team, but there is no response from their side. Then i register a complaint on https://www.consumercomplaints.in after that the flipkart executives continuously call to me and asking for 48hours, 24 hours time only. But today they call me and said that we are not return your gift cards as you purchase it from merchant site. If this is the solution they told me that on nov 8th itself. But they are wasting my time and i am fully depressed by their answer. I have paid the first emi of the gift card also. I asked the merchant site who provided me the gift card, they also told me that as you are added the gift card to flipkart account we are not help you in this issue. Please help me to get back my gift card or my money. Please do justice for me.
