[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart cheating to customer | |
Hello Team, I have placed an order to purchase refrigerator online on 25 July. Below is the details: My order id: OD[protected]. Seller: OmniTechRetail, Delivered defective product. In refrigerator, how they can missed to notice, that one of the leg is missing. After delivering the defective product, it has been 1 month, I have not yet received the replacement product. Every-time, Flipkart customer service give resolution TAT 7-10 days, which they are not capable of giving resolution. It keeps on extending. In website, seller is promising to deliver new products in 2 days. Both Flipkart and seller, not at all professional. They are very good in cheating customer, as no one is taking any legal action on them. I have sent a multiple mail to higher management, not yet received any reply from them. Flipkart customer-care, only knows to highlight the complaint and nothing else. They cannot provide resolution. Was this information helpful? | |
