Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the inconvenience, informed due to miss route the product got returned and requested to place a fresh order, he stated he got this for the festival and that is tomorrow and now its of no use. Apologized and feedback taken for the same and closing the case.
