[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart customer care/refund department | |||||
My order number is od[protected] ([protected]@yahoo.com). I have bought many products from flipkart in the past. However this time, i erroneously ordered an apple cover for iphone 7 plus. I actually wanted a back cover for iphone 7 and not iphone 7 plus. As the money involved is rs 3500, i would like to request you to either send me the correct cover (Apple back cover for iphone 7) or refund my money. I would like request you to consider my request failing which i will discontinue to buy anything from flipkart. Your customer return/refund policies need a drastic change and should be customer friendly and not against the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jun 15, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer stated that she admits that it is her fault, that she ordered wrong product and as this is not a small amount, she wanted refund. As the history of the customer is good, taken refund request. Informed the TAT and packing manner, and closing the case.
