Hi All,

I am writing this mail with huge disappointment from filpkart and their so called service as Customer service, who really not understanding the problem which their customers goes in. In the eve of Big Billion day i have purchased many products from flipkart which was very important and close things to my mind, things which i used to share my love and to my loved ones.

You all know in flipkart gives an option to their customer to maintain multiple delivery address which will help the customer to place an order and to deliver it in the address of their loved ones. But that feature mistakenly became my night mare which i am facing now. Please find my issue and which brought lots of disappointment in flipkart.

I have purchased a cot in flipkart mistakenly i have given my old address as my delivery address. I reailzed that mistake later and tried to modify the delivery address from flipkart application. In the order details they have given a menu option names "I want to change the delivery address of my order" but once i clicked the menu and navigates to next page where it has the steps to Add the new delivery address. "How can I add a new delivery address to my Flipkart account?". So i called flipkart customer care and explained my issue and expecting the solution for my problem, but their response was no it is not possible, and i asked them is it possible to ask the delivery person to deliver in my new address which is 2 streets away during the time of delivery and they said it is not possible and also not allowed as per their policy. Then i asked them to give some other option but as usual their response was sir it is not possible and not allowed as per our policy. Then i asked representative about the menu option discrepancy there is no answer for that. So as my known option asked representative to the senior person who can help me make the things to act. But unfortunately that person's representative is same as no difference from the junior executive.

My Problems are
1. If i would have bought some small size product, i could have do some effort from my side and go to my old address and collect. But in my case product is so big, which i cannot do it by myself.
2. I am ready to cancel and place an order with correct address, but the problem is huge difference in price of the product.

But by looking in this entire process i feel something fishy which these peoples are trying to do. I really don't understand how customer care run by without supporting the customer from his/her needs which he is not able to do in his/her application or in flipkart website. I have received a mail from flipkart's customer care support center for their service improvement. I hope this is the reference number of my call logs with flipkart. IN[protected].
through this mail i am requesting the senior people or team who can help in getting this issue resolved. Please understand that "Customer Care" is the team which should help in the perspective of customers not only for organization.

Note : I can provide you the orders list which i have ordered so far in my flipkart's account and current product order which i am mentioning about in my mail.
