[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart damaged Mobile Handset | |||
Dear sir, I have ordered 3 Moto phones in the past 1 year from Flipkart for my family. Recently I ordered moto g first generation on 8th June. Within a day of ordering I had registered a complaint about overheating and malfunctioning of the phone. But your customer care said that this is nothing unusual and this happens when the phone is new and there was nothing to worry. So I agreed. But within a month the phone became unusable. When i called up customer care on 10th July again, they told me that Flipkart is no longer responsible for the phone as you give just one month warranty. Order no. OD[protected] Now please tell me who is at fault. I took it to the service centre and they said phone had problems with its screen, software as well as the battery. Please do not break the trust I have on Flipkart. I kindly request you to help me out. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 14, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complains stating he is facing heating issues with the device and it is post replacement period, So we have informed customer to visit the service center for further assistance. So closing the complaint.
