[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart damaged product received and not yet exchanged | |||
My order no. OD[protected], Ordered a "LG 123cm (49 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV 2018 Edition (49UK6360PTE" on & it Delivered on 17/10/2018. & for Installation and Demo Service brand authorized service engineer came on 20/10/2018, he open packed box and there has been no progress on the return request places and neither are the processing a refund. Whenever i call flipkart customer care they give me valuable answers. They say technician will visit n give report. There have been 3 technician visit so far but no progress on the return yet. When i asked for refund they say need to wait for technician report whereas technician has submitted the report on 20/10/2018. Was this information helpful? | |||
