Purchased an SAMSUNG air conditioner from flipkart and I got the product on 25-Feb-2024 (Order id : OD[protected]. While checking the installation details on flipkart, I found that the installation date is scheduled for 26th Feb. But i have not recived any calls / sms regarding installation till 26th Feb.
As a customer, I am not satisfied with the installation delay and there is no update in flipkart app. Its still showing 25th feb (old date).
So they decided to contact the flipkart customer team for rescheduling the installation date. I contacted the flipkart customer care to escalate the issue and the flipkart head team will contact me and rectify my issue within 48 hours. But still i didn't get a call from the flipkart head team.
Kindly solve the issue or take the product and return my amount.
