I ordered SAMSUNG Galaxy F23 5G 6GB 128G mobile through flipkart on[protected], they delivered defective piece(3.5 audio jack connector issue ) on[protected] so i raised request for replacement on[protected]. Flipkart delaying/ rejecting replacement and closing ticket on there system. after rising ticket service engineer from jeeves visted 2 times and checked and he confirmed that issue with mobile to me and he has taking images and uploaded in ticket . But he closed ticket updating wrong info in ticket and closed
and flipkart closed ticket saying wrong reason after that im rising again and ticket and they take one day and again they closing it till date[protected] i have raised 6 times tickets
in that 5 times they have closed it every time i rise they say extended date to resolve the issue, they are dragging the issue
Flipkart says within 7days we have to rise issue if the device has any issue but they not resolve with proper resolution within 7days
during this period daily i used to have a discussion with flipkart customer care executives for my replacement which took much longer time than expected they put me on hold and disconnecting call after some time .
Being a middle class person the money what i spent on product is much valuable for me. Flipkart customer care executives keep on bluffing me by giving fake promises. I literally frustrated and mentally harassed by flipkart service.
Flipkart failed to deliver quality product and not giving any proper response. This is highly disappoint by flipkart service.
