I have made an replacement order for a refrigerator in Flipkart on 24-Mar-22, it was scheduled to deliver on 26-Mar-22.
From the delivery, the issue has started the delivery partner have humiliated me as he could not deliver the product due to its size and Flipkart not providing more than 2 men for delivering a product and asked me cancel the order and purchase smaller one, i have later requested and provided extra hand and made the delivery happen.
Second issue started when the whirlpool service engineer came for installation after Opened the package materials he found basic parts like Power Cord Wire, Relay OLB cover, Capacitor found Missing so the Installation Engineer from Whirlpool denied service due to defective nature and could not start the installation and warranty and request me to refund. He attested this issue on missing parts in the Job Sheet.
Since 26-Mar the issue is pending without any resolution, they initially asked 72 hours until 29-Mar and then postponed to 30-Mar and till today the issue is pending without any reply or resolution. Even I have uploaded the image proof of the back side of Refrigerator where parts missing and Job sheet from engineer which mentioned the missing of basic parts its still pending since 26-Mar.
Finally they have taken away working refrigerator and delivered a defective Whirlpool refrigerator.
This is one very worst customer service i have ever experienced from Flipkart, in future i will think twice or thrice to buy some thing in Flipkart.
