Flipkart — Flipkart delivered wrong product and now they are not generating return request. | |||||
Sir my name is manish and my registered mobile no. is - [protected]. And i have ordered two order from flipkart one is (numero uno slim men's blue jeans) and other is (lee skinny men's blue jeans). and cost of these two products is rs. 3265 rupees. With order id - od[protected] When i received these two products the i saw there is no brand tag and no price tag on these two products. and products are totally diffrent that i ordered means duplicate product is delivered to me. then i generated a return for these two product but when the courier boy come then he said that sir i can't accept this product for return because there is no brand tag and no price tag. And said now you have to call to flipkart customer care for generating return then i call to flipkart the and flipkart executive generate the return for product. and next time again also delivery buy refuse to accept the product and said there is no brand and price tag. and many time i have generated the return pickup by calling at toll fee no. but always delivery boy refuse to accept the product and always said that there is no price tags and brand tag.
