I ordered Samsung galaxy watch 4 from Flipkart last week for which i was supposed to get the delivery yesterday.(Order id- OD[protected]
The delivery was attempted as an Open Box delivery and I received my order, post which the delivery guy clicked on the Order Cancelled button accidentally in his mobile instead of completing the delivery and my order got cancelled. He assured me that he will correct this mistake and will give back my order the next day after making the updates through flipkart computer system and he took back the watch from me.
Now next day I can see my order is completely cancelled and I've got the refund amount back. I was asked to wait for a day and after waiting the order was canceled without informing me. Now while i'm contacting the customer support for this issue they are just being sorry for their mistake and asking me to place a new order now which is 2000 Rs more expensive then the price i ordered the product at initially, then why should i pay the extra amount because of Flipkart's foolishness? Plus according to the flipkart support, the company don't have an escalation matrix to take this case further. Which is very shameful and unprofessional when you are a competing brand globally.
As a flipkart customer, I've had bad experience with my previous orders but this time it is un-acceptable.
I Hope though this forum i will get to hear back some positive feedback for my issue caused by them.
