[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart delivery boy has cheated and not given the new phone as an exchange offer

I had booked vivo v9 youth phone with exchange offer but when delivery boy came and said that give me old phone I will take it to my store and will check it but I denied 1st give me new phone and take old one. But after that he told phone is damaged still Phone have no damage etc. than I told call to customer care and ask it is damaged or not? but he denied to conference call with customer care. after that he cancelled order. I asked him to click photo and send it to customer care and he told I sent it but I think he didn't. Delivery boy no. [protected] and my number is [protected]. mail id [protected]@ymail.com..

Same case happened with me. My old phone I wanted to exchange fulfill the exchange condition. Still the delivery Boy denied. He said I am taking the photos and videos, will send it to customer office and then revert back.
He didn't respond after that, even I didn't get any response from customer office. just got an message that your delivery got cancelled.
