Flipkart — Flipkart Denied to Return Moto E 2nd Genartio which is not working Properly | |||
Flipkart Fraud!!! Hi Everyone, I have bought a Moto E phone from flipkart, which is in 30 days return policy. I have found some issue like Heating, Battery backup problem while playing game & listing music, so I make request to return it. In return I got call from flipkart executive said that you should update some of the software, used once completely to finish the battery and then charge it full. If you got the same problem we will return it. So I did that and after 3 days I call on their customer care number they again take my request and send me one link of samrtcheck to download with message their technical expert will call me. He called me ask me to open software clean it all cache & everything then he checkout device performance and replied me that sir there is no problem in the set, so we can’t return it. In other way he is telling I am telling lie that it does not battery backup & it is getting very during regular use like while playing Game & if continuously listing songs. Now just tell me their technical expert has called me between 1:00pm to 3:00pm at that time I am in office so I am not playing game as well not using music section and about the battery backup I used to connect it all the time with my Laptop as it has very poor battery backup. So how would he decide that I am telling lie to them. I think now these days Flipkart has no good services like before May be they earned a lot do not require more.
