Flipkart — Flipkart deny to provide my refund amount

I ordered two suits from flipkart on Feb month because of size issue I returned the product within two days. After returning the product customer care told me to wait one week unfortunately they clearly deny too refund my product and mentioned that I didn't return the product on time which is clearly wrong even I have the quality passed check messages with proof. It's been two months and I'm tiered to reaching out them again & again they have one thing to say to wait and patience.
Poor customer care they put all blames on me and said that refunding my amount will lose for their sellers.
Big Fraud company
It is so frustrating for me as we are belongs from middle family and our money gets stuck it is matter to me. I did everything I'm able to do but didn't get any resolution.
