[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart did not give me the prize that I have own in Fake or Not Video Game.

Flipkart have cancelled my Prize order of OPPO Reno4 Pro. I have own the Oppo Reno4 Pro on the Fake or Not Game on 7th August 2020. After placing the order and making the payment, Flipkart just cancelled my order stating, "Due to high demand and limited stock, your item was cancelled". Order ID - OD[protected].
I have escalated the issue to flipkart SC Team and Social Media Team many times and they are giving an unjustified resolution. Please see the attached emails of Incidents.
They are giving resolution that, I have to place a new order by paying the full amount, and after the delivery of the order flipkart will refund the amount to my Bank account or as GV balance, here also it is a confusion. But still I tried to place a new order but those are also getting cancelled. Order ID - OD[protected] and OD[protected].

Currently I don't have that much of money to invest to buy such a costly mobile.
Kindly help me and if possible kindly forward my issue to correct person so that I can get my Prize and thankful to Flipkart.
