[Resolved] Flipkart — "flipkart did not refund courier charges as per their email" | |||||
Value: 990 I had sent faulty mobile back to address given by flipkart through mail. This was on request from flipkart as there was no pick up facility at pune by flipkart. Flipkart tookmy bank details and sent an email confirming refund has been processed and will appear in bank account in 5 business days. When i did not receive any refund detail mail after 20 days i asked through mail for payment details. Now flipkart informed that the payment has been done in the form of gift card (Valid for one year) and i can purchase from flipkart. I informed them, this amount i need in my bank account as was communicated to me by flipkart. I also spoke to agents online and given complaint to flipkart by mail. But now flipkart agents saying the mode of gift card can not be changed as per seller policy. I want to launch complaint to get money back to my bank account as i don't intend to purchase anything from flipkart in future. Was this information helpful? | |||||
