Flipkart — Flipkart didn't return the product and didn't process the refund and fraud a company

3rd feb i created a return request coz product was too loose and misfit & 5th feb return request is accepted by the seller then i got a message on 5th feb morning return will pick up after than i wait till the whole day no call received by the delivery boy that day passed when i contacted flipkart they said wait till 7th feb inbetween package will definitely pick up and initiate refund & 7th feb passed no delivery boy came to the delivery place and no call receive, then when i contacted again for the same to flipkart one of the agent transfer my chat to specialist & then higher department they promise me they finally resolve my problem on the 8th feb only if did not they initiate my refund without return then no one is came to pick up so when i contact again on 8th night they told our specialist are busy wait till 10th feb they today 9th morning return request is cancelled & i call again why return request is cancelled they have no ans … why pick up is not complete they have no ans … when i ask to contact the higher department they hold my call cut my call again & again 7-8 times & said contact to mail department, i am now going to counsumer complain for the same now i realized whats going on how many days a coustemer will wait you didn't give a proper date then today once again said wait 4 days continuously then we resolve this … what a company wow such irritating manner and they did not expect from flipkart … always a coustemer suffers no action take to seller or pick up boy or the flipkart agent who again & again cut my calls & hold my call did not response then

Again they cancelled my return again without any reason and can't call back cut the call and hold the call frustrating manner what a fraud company
