[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart disowns digiflip product | |||||
My digiflip tablet went dead (I got it replaced twice during first two weeks which is a different story) and I gave it to service center prescribed by Flipkart two months ago. I have been reaching to service center and they point me to Flipkart customer care. Customer care forwarded it to some third party and the third party asks me to claim refund from Flipkart over phone but he doesn't keep that on mail. On net I am balled among the fraudsters. As a common man, I can just lodge a complaint against the so called giant. I can just curse their business. Verified Support Nov 29, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer on "[protected]" and informed him to collect the product from service centre so we can initiate return for the product as committed earlier and also follow-up will be done for the same.
