[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart does not pick up the faulty product even after accepting the return request

I have ordered Asus rog 3 (12GB/128GB varient) on 16 oct. I recieved the item on 30oct and it has serious display problems and raised the return request on the next day. It was accepted by flipkart and promised to pick up the item by 9 nov and it was not picked up. So after contacting the customer care of flipkart they gave a new date for pick up which is 17 nov and I would like to mention that I have no trust in flipkart that they will keep up with their word. I am already closer to the emi due date for that order. I have ordered the same mobile hoping that the faulty one will be picked up any how, but I have been surprised with the Flipkart's service and now I have two same mobiles. I will be waiting till 17 nov but if the item is not picked up by then I would like to take any serious action against flipkart.

As expected from Flipkart, The item was not picked up yet and a new date as been provided which is 19 nov.
