[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart doing mental harassment and lying | |||
You people are mentally harassing me from last 17 days. I had orderd a Product and made payment through my debit card but the product came with Cash on delivery option called your executive he told me to pay the money And as the double payment will show he will return the money immediately From last 13 days calling you but always telling me wait for 24 to 48 Hours refund will be generated and now till now i have on 29 th got a call from your resolution team saying till 31st money will be deposited in the bank Checked with my bank and there is still no payment done by your side So your basically telling me lies and mentally harrsing literally You don't want to give my money so you are telling me lie I have all the call recording wich i made with your executive Please stop mentally harassing me i am going to file a complaint against flipkart For misleading me telling me lie and not giving me my money back And replying saying we tried to reach you but we couldn't but my call log show no such dropped call so here also you are telling me lie Please stop mentally harrsing people and telling a lie this don't suit to a Billion dollar company lying to its own customers Was this information helpful? | |||
