Today, 07.10.2022, I was informed about the delivery of my new fridgefrom ekart logistics - Samsung 324 Litre Inverter one. I placed the order with exchange of my old 280 litres. But the delivery person inspected the fridge thoroughly and he was satisfied. But all of a sudden he rejected the order by stating that my fridge storage capacity is 250 litres and he is against Samsung company claimed 280 litre and old fridge bill also stated 280 litres. If you people dont want exchnge kindly inform us previously. Me made the fridge empty and after a day, again we have to keep the storage back again. Wasting our time and money for no reasons. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 07, 2022 Updated by Jk. Raja Newly ordered fridge is 324 litres. But the actual capacity storage is below 300 litres. Do you have guts to high light this information in your listing. Why are you selling a 300 or below litred fridge by claiming it as 324 litre? Why cheating people with your false and scam policies?.
