[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart first benefits not provided even after paying subscription

I subscribed for Flipkart first membership for Rs 500 in Feb 2018. According to which I don't have to pay delivery charge for Flipkart assured products of any value. But when I try to place order delivery charge is getting added which is against the subscription rules. I also called customer care executive who are saying service is stopped from month of March 18. I am not intimated or informed about it. My subscription money is not even refunded and when I ask customer service representative told me that there is no provision. Pure case of fraud I request you to charge a penalty to Flipkart of atleast 1 lakh and compensation to me

Updated by amitman2020 The problem is not only reversion for one order. According to terms and condition i am supposed not to pay delivery charge for any flip kart assured product. Still the problem persist and delivery charge is added due to which i am not able to make any order and incurring losses.

Updated by amitman2020 Still not resolved . Not my account is not showing with flipkart privileged costumer. Pure case of fraud and when I complaint it to flipkart costumer care they says technical issue
