Flipkart — Flipkart First??? | |||
Flipkart has a subscription called Flipkart First. During subscription, it does not mention that its applicable for WSRetail only. Not even in Terms and Conditions section. Finally, after subscription, it shows in Account information that its applicable only to WSRetail. Figured out recently that its not applicable to WSRetail also now. "Free In-a-day delivery" was not applied to the latest order #OD[protected]. I tried registering a compliant on their 24X7 Customer support, but no satisfactory answer was received. Got a email that Flipkart is not able to contact me! That's a stupid reason in the age of mobile phones.
