I have placed order for Mobile HTC-816. Payment made by credit card on[protected]. But till date I have not received my mobile. everyday I am receiving sms that the item is out for delivery and the system of flipkart is showing the item is ready for delivery, but the item is not delivered. I have even purchased FLIPKART FIRST CUSTOMER, but it is ridiculous that every time I contact the executives, they inform me the item will be delivered within next two days and to wait for another two days. Status on[protected] : The following item has been shipped: Seller: WS Retail HTC Desire 816 Item Price Rs. 21349.00 Qty.1 Delivery by Tuesday, Oct 28, 2014 Status on[protected] Dear Customer, We have escalated your issue to the concerned team.
