Flipkart — flipkart flight refund

I have booked the flight via flipkart for the travel dates in the month of april. Due to covid-19 lockdown, all the flight were cancelled. I requested for refund via email and tried contacting them over the call. But there is no way i am getting any response. The airlines has provided the credit shell but while booking the new flight, that credit shell is not working as it is saying to contact the travel booking agency i. E. Flipkart.

When i go to flipkart website, my trip says completed. I have been trying to reach flipkart via phone and email but the call is getting disconnected and they are not respondoing to emails. This is harassment with the customer and taking advantage. Please refund my money!
