[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart fraud | |||||
I purchased a T-shirt online from flipkart and i requested to return it back because of the duplicate product. I called customer care for changing my address to take it back. Customer care representatives suggested me to write a email to [protected]@flipkart.com for changing your address. I sent the email 3 times but pickup came to my previous address to take my product back..I dialed the customer care again they told me that it will done within 24 hrs however the product is still not been changed and the pickup guy has visited to my old address again. I want to make a request through this website this is a like a scam for us, i want nobody can be treated like this again in the future that's why i am writing this to you guys to take a legal action on this Was this information helpful? | |||||
