This mail is on behalf of my order Id OD[protected]. Samsung Refrigerator which was delivered to me on 30th April in exchange of my old refrigerator .On 1st May a person from Jeeves comes for installation at that time we found instead of 20 years compressor warranty there is only 10 years warranty mentioned, and also door of freezer was damaged, pics of same has been attached. We asked guys to repack same raise a request for return and refund. Your worst customer care take request and told me they will resolve my issue by 11th may, we request them my father is diabetic patient, my mother is chronic Asthma patient, I have two 6month old girl child all there necessary medicines and milk we are storing in refrigerator, In 10 days I have talk with at least 60-70 new person from customer care and no helped me everyone just do a wrong promise or told we are escalating I don't know to whom they were escalating suddenly today they cancelled my request for refund return, when I call them again they take request now for replacement and asked to wait another 10 days, On 12 th today again they rejected my replacement warranty also.
