[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart giving defective products | |||||
On 16th july2017 i received my order (Order id od[protected] from flipkart i am not satify with the product (Mobile) because the product have so many problems from the first day it was over heating, camera not working, when i charge the phone the touch is not working so i generated refund request as per flipkart policies. And i received a message from flipkart for approval of my refund (Screenshot attached). But the flipkart customer executive refuses my request, i have email many times to customer executive the team of flipkart to raise the refund request but still refund request is not intiated and telephone customer executive are saying that there is only replacement of the product not refund but i want refund because the product is defective and i cannot buy anything from flipkart.
