I ordered an wooden almirah from Flipkart (order number OD[protected] on 20th Jan 21, which got delivered on 24th Jan.
The team came for installation on 28th Jan and found that the product is defective. They promised the product will be replaced within two days and fresh piece will be installed. However, no action was taken from their end till 5th Feb. I called them continously to get the product picked up but they always transfer my case to some or other team. On 9th Feb, the case has been transferred to higher escalation social media team because of my continuous tweets to them. They promised the case will be resolved within 48 hours but no action taken. Again I followed up with them, my case transferred to some other team. On 20th Feb, the team confirmed the replacement will be done on 23rd. The team came with new product part and it was also defective. I need my money back but they are not ready to refund. I am mentally harassed by flipkart team. Need to get it resolved asap.
