[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart has disabled my account | |
I raised a complaint in consumer forum because you flipkart cancelled my orders. After I raised the complaint, I didn't get the resolution instead my account was blocked. I got a mail stating "our system have observed a trend in your purchase that suggests that the items you've purchased are not intended for personal use." But I am not a reseller. I have a family of 8 uncles. They need stuff & I ordered for them. How can you decide that my orders were not intended for personal use. Also, I had 3 active orders for which l had already paid, I am not even able to track and check those orders because of this blockage. You have my money and therefore I demand your service. Verified Support Dec 31, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
