Flipkart — Flipkart has eaten my money

I've ordered a shoes with order id OD[protected]. They attempted delivery on 22nd July 2022, and agent told me to pay via sms link. I paid the amount and payment was successful but agent refused to give delivery and told that he had not received the money. Then he never came again to deliver and flipkart cancelled the order without my concern. And customer care department was useless as they call me everyday just to tell me that this issue will be resolved within 2 days. I've shared relevant screenshots on Twitter and there also just bot account of flipkart replies same thing under every tweet "Sorry to hear that. We understand your concern here. Be assured, we're getting this checked and you'll be contacted by one of our specialists over a call or via email with an update. Appreciate your patience" and their executive just talks useless without providing any resolution.
