[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart has initiated my order cancellation (OD[protected] without intimating me.

I have placed my order id OD[protected] for Moto G3. I was supposed to get the delivery as on 22/10/15, however they unable to dispatch the same, and I received message stating that, we couldn't complete today's delivery of moto G3, we will call you shortly to provide further assistance. however on the same night I again received message stating that " your cancellation request for flipkar.com order OD[protected] has been initiated where as I have not initiated cancellation request. I have immediately contacted back to customer care to know the issue, as per executive, the order has been cancelled due to so many reasons and he is unable to tell me, asked to raise fresh request for the same.

Please look into this.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed him that because o[censored]nsuccessful delivery attempt the product was cancelled and also informed him to place a fresh order and get back to us so we can reimburse the promotional discount amount towards his Flipkart wallet. Customer agreed for the same. Hence closing the case.
